# How to Request a New IP Address

Our panel allows you to request a new IP address through an automated process.

Please Note: Changing your IP address is a paid, one-time service. This process requires a server reboot, so brief downtime is expected. You are responsible for updating any DNS records (like A records for your domains) and reconfiguring any applications on your server that are tied to the old IP address.

Follow these steps to request an IP change:

  1. Log in and Select Your Server: Log in to your client panel, go to the "Servers" tab, and click on the server that needs a new IP.

  2. Find the Server Actions Section: Navigate to the "Request IP Change" tab on the server management page.

  3. Initiate the Request: Click the "Request New IP Address" button. The system will display the one-time fee for this service.

  4. Confirm and Pay: After you confirm the request, an invoice for the IP change fee will be generated. The process will only start after this invoice is successfully paid.

  5. Automated IP Change: Once payment is complete, our system takes over:
    • A new IP address is allocated to your server from the available pool in the same location.
    • A task is queued to update your server's network configuration files.
    • Your server is automatically rebooted to apply the new IP address.

  6. Verification: After the reboot, your server management page in the client panel will display the new IP address.
