# How do service renewals work?
Our renewal process is designed to be straightforward to ensure your services continue without interruption.
- Invoice Generation: A renewal invoice will be generated automatically before your service's next due date. You will receive an email notification when the invoice is ready to be paid.
- Paying the Invoice: You can pay the renewal invoice anytime before the due date using any of our available payment methods.
- Grace Period: If you miss the due date, your service will enter a short grace period. During this time, your service may be suspended.
- VPS/RDP & Web Hosting: If the renewal invoice is not paid after the grace period, your service will be suspended. If it remains unpaid for an extended period after suspension, the service will be terminated, and all data will be permanently deleted.
We send multiple email reminders before any termination occurs, so please ensure your email address is up to date. You can view your service's next due date at any time from your client panel.
